Define Region

Explanation

This activity is used to define a region. A region defines a (usually geographic) region to limit which resources are able to carry out work in a region.
Work orders are linked to one or more regions via their location, in location regions. Scheduling resources are linked to regions via resource regions.
If a work order is linked to a region then a resource must also be linked to either this region or a parent region (or have an out of region multiplier which is greater than 0) in order for the resource to be allocated to this work order.

If a work order is not in a region there are no region restrictions for this work order. If the work order is linked to multiple regions then the resource must also be linked to all specified regions, either
directly or via a parent region in order to be allocated to this work order.
