Define Additional Qualifications

Explanation

This activity is used to define additional qualifications (i.e., competencies and licenses) for the operation lines in separate standard jobs, separate PM actions, and separate work orders.

Qualifications are linked to HR (Human Resource) competencies that are directly related to the employee connected HR qualifications. The employee connected HR qualifications is also used in combination with the HR job identities, which can in return be linked to crafts (provided IFS Human Resources is installed). This gives the operation lines additional qualification requirements indirectly. The qualifications defined within this activity are additional to those connected to the HR job ID.
