Connect Standard Jobs
Explanation
Use this activity to connect existing separate
standard jobs to a search. The employee and tool and facility details of the separate
standard job will be used as the search criteria. You can connect more than
one separate standard job at any given time.
Prerequisites
- Separate standard jobs must have been defined and should
contain details related to employees, and tools and facilities in IFS/Preventive
Maintenance.
- The standard job should be active and valid.
System Effects
The employee and tool and facility details will be retrieved
to the Free Time Search window as search criteria. The details will be
displayed on the
Free Time Search/Search Parameters tab.

Connect Standard Jobs
Procedure
- Open the
Free Time Search window.
- Right-click and then click Connect Standard Jobs.
The Connect Standard Jobs dialog box opens.
- Select one or more available standard jobs.
- Click OK. The details included in the
standard jobs will be displayed on the
Free Time Search/Search
Parameters tab.
