Use the Copy or Import Users to Access Group assistant to copy or import users to the access group. This assistant consists of two steps. Use the first step of the assistant to select the location from which you want to copy user details. Users can be copied from companies, sites, and defined access groups. You also have the option of importing all existing users to the selected access group. Use the second step of the assistant to select the users you want connected to a given access group.
