Usage

Use this window or tab to view the journal entries that were created for the selected modification revision. Note that the information in this window or tab cannot be modified or deleted. With the Modification Journal window you can obtain an overview of all journal entries created for all revisions of a modification. The following changes on an active modification will lead to the creation of a journal entry;

• when the modification is activated
• when the modification is set to Obsolete
• when an active modification is updated
• when changes are made to the serial range on the modification
• when a numerical serial range is generated for the modification
• when a new structure position is added to the template structure through the modification
• when a structure position is removed from the template structure as a result of the modification
• when the prime part is changed for the template structure position that was introduced by the modification
• when a new reference is added to the modification
• when an existing reference is removed from the modification
• when an instruction is added to the modification
• when an instruction is removed from the modification
• when the modification performance for the assigned serial is changed from To Be Performed to Not To Be Performed
• when the modification performance for the assigned serial is changed from Not To Be Performed to To Be Performed
• when a serial is un-assigned from the Mandatory modification
