Use this tab to define fault modes. Fault modes are used to standardize functional decomposing and can be categorized into two groups: symptoms and actual fault discoveries (also referred to as Actual Discovered). Symptoms can be used for fault registration and Actual Discovered can be used in post-repair reporting after the fault has been identified.
