File Operations
Explanation
This activity is used to perform file operations in regard to document
templates stored in docman. User can perform file operations on all attached
mail merge document templates of that report using this.
Prerequisites
- Docman awareness should be enabled for UserQuickReport and QuickReport,
i.e., setting DocReferenceObject^ in Object Connections for those LU:s.
- CRM and Custom Objects(fndcob) components should have been deployed.
System Effects
- Docman document templates attached to the report are allowed with file
operations.

Procedure
Perform File Operations for Mail Merge Document Templates Stored in Docman;
- Execute a report and obtain results.
- Right-click and then click Mail Merge.
- Select File Operations. Attached Mail Merge Templates dialog
box will be
opened.
- Select appropriate document template from the overview list.
- You can perform Delete, Check In or Undo Checkout file
operations based on the state of the selected document.
