Procedure

Executing Mail Merge with a Document Template Stored in Docman:

  1. Execute a report and obtain results.
  2. Select a set of records you want to execute mail merge for.
  3. Right-click and then click Mail Merge.
  4. Select Execute. Attached Mail Merge Templates dialog box will be opened.
  5. Select appropriate document template from the overview list
  6. Select one of the options to specify the number of rows i.e., Selected Rows or All Rows.
  7. Select Execute.
  8. Mail merge will be executed and Microsoft Wordİ will be opened.
