Edit Template
Explanation
This activity is used to edit a mail merge document template.
Prerequisites
- Docman awareness should be enabled for UserQuickReport and QuickReport,
i.e. setting DocReferenceObject^ in Object Connections for those LU:s.
- CRM and Custom Objects(fndcob) components should have been deployed.
System Effects
- Microsoft Wordİ will be opened. The user can edit template and redesign
as per the new requirement.

Procedure
Editing a Document Template:
- Execute a report and obtain results.
- Right-click and click Mail Merge.
- Select Edit Template. Attached Mail Merge Templates dialog
box will
be opened.
- Select the template you want to edit from the overview list and click
Edit.
- Template will be opened.
- Edit and prepare template as per the new requirement.
- Save changes.
