Procedure

Editing a Document Template:

  1. Execute a report and obtain results.
  2. Right-click and click Mail Merge.
  3. Select Edit Template. Attached Mail Merge Templates dialog box will be opened.
  4. Select the template you want to edit from the overview list and click Edit.
  5. Template will be opened.
  6. Edit and prepare template as per the new requirement.
  7. Save changes.
