Register Participant for Training Event

Explanation

This activity is used to enroll employees as participants for a training event. You can do this in Training Event/Participants tab. The participation of the employees can be confirmed in the Training Event/Participants tab when employees are registered. 

Prerequisites

Employees and any external participants must have been registered.

Procedure

Register participant using the Training Event/Participant tab:

  1. Select New to register a new item.
  2. Specify your data.
  3. Save.

 

Use the menu option Register Training Event (found in the Options menu, or in the right mouse button menu). If there are any registered training events at which a selected course will be held, a dialog box pops up displaying them. Select the desired event and click OK. If there is room for another participant, the training event form pops up, where you can enroll the employee.
