Overview Employee Absence Periods

Explanation

This activity is used to view the absence duration registered by employee in one absence record has been divided into periods and linked to absence period types.

This division occurs based on how the absence period types are connected to the function type parameters as defined in the Absence Configuration/Absence Type Divide Definition tab.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, absence records are required to be registered in the Absence/Absence Registration tab.

Procedure

  1. Open the Absence window. Select the relevant employee in the Employee ID field. The absence records registered by this employee will be listed in the Absence/Absence Registration tab.
  2. Select an absence records, right-click and click Absence Details to open the Absence Periods window.
  3. The absence periods to which the registered absence duration is divided will be listed in the Absence Periods/Periods tab.
