Overview Limits Allocated to Employees

Explanation

This activity is used to overview absence limits allocated to employees.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, limits are required to be allocated for employees in the Absence/Absence Limit Year tab.

Procedure

  1. Open the Absence Limits window.
  2. Query or populate to enter an absence group in the Group ID field.
  3. In the Working Date field, select the date for which the limits should be valid.
  4. In the table of the window the limits allocated to employees using absence types in the selected absence group will be listed.
