This activity is used to activate error messages for calculations in IFS/Time and Attendance.

Procedure

  1. Open the Rtt Error Messages window.
  2. Select the required error message.
  3. Select the Active check box to enable the message.
  4. Select the Insist check box so that when employee creates a clocking record with this error, the error message will be registered for the clocking record in the Time Card Day window. If this check box is not selected, the error message will be prompted when employee reports time, i.e. the employee will not be allowed to create the clocking.
  5. Save the information.
