View Source of Template Field Presentation

Explanation

This activity is used to view the source of the field value that is displayed in a template field presentation of a selected tax proposal. This helps you to understand how a template field value is arrived at.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, the field control must have been entered for the tax template which the tax report covered by the selected tax proposal is based on.

Procedure

1. Open the Automatic Tax Proposal window and query for the tax proposal for which you want to view the template field presentation and the source of the field values.
2. Select the record that you queried for, right-click and click Template Field Presentation to open the Tax Proposal - Template Field Presentation window.
3. Place the cursor in the field for which you want to view the source.
4. Use the Zoom function to open the relevant window in which the information relating to the field is displayed.
