Print Preliminary Tax Report

Explanation

Use this activity toview or print a preliminary tax report. After you print a preliminary tax report, the tax proposal status will still be Created and the tax transactions will not yet be marked as Reported. (The status of the tax proposal and the tax transactions do not change until you print a definite or final tax report.)

Prerequisites

This activity requires that a tax proposal with report status Created exists.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, a tax report is printed on paper or to a file.

Procedure

1. Open the Automatic Tax Proposal window.
2. Select the row for the tax report proposal you want to print. Right-click and click Print Preliminary Report.
3. The Print Report dialog box appears. If you want to print the report to a file rather than on paper, select the Print to File check box.
4. Click Preview to view the report on the screen, or click OK to print it.
