This chapter consists of two lessons. The first explains how to synchronize server database and local databases. You will learn how to create a local copy of the server database, which allows you to work offline with your customer information. The trainer should perform the synchronization exercise and create a local copy of the RACE database for each student, prior to commencement of the training.
The second lesson explains how to use the Discrepancy Utility to reconcile discrepancies that may occur during synchronization.
