Marketing Client. You will learn how to logon to IFS Sales & Marketing
Client,
and how to add information for companies, contacts,
activities, and other pertinent information. You will also learn how to perform
searches, and to insert
documents or document file paths into the system.
The Basic course does not explain how to query for information using selections, or how to create campaigns (That is covered by the IFS Sales & Marketing Client Intermediate course).

This chapter offers an introduction to IFS Sales & Marketing with a focus on the user interface in the Windows client. The first lesson explains the various panes, icons, menus as well as the database structure and shortcut keys. The other lessons focus on the basic functions such as adding, editing, deleting information as well as performing a quick search, an extended search, and exporting data.
