Purpose: The purpose of these exercises is to show you how to manage contract contacts.

Sales Contract

Creating a New Contact

  1. Open Sales Contract window and and query for your contract.
  2. Click Contact tab.
  3. Create a new record. (F5)
  4. Enter XX01 and Office Address in the Address Identity and Address Name fields respectively, substituting XX with your initials
  5. Select an appropriate Address Type defined in basic data from List of Values.
  6. In the Country list, select a country.
  7. In the Address Type Code list, select an address type code.
  8. Save the record. (F12)

Adding People to Contract Contact

  1. Open Sales Contract window and and query for your contract.
  2. Click Contact tab and select the Address Code to which people need to be added.
  3. Create new record in lower table to add a person with communication details.
  4. Enter the values below.
  5. Save the records. (F12)
