Main Exercise

Purpose: The purpose of this exercise is to enter budget/forecast types which will be used when creating project budget/forecasts.

Windows:
Project Basic/Forecast Type

Entering Budget/Forecast Type

1. Open the Project Basic window and click on the Forecast Type tab.
2. Double click on the table and enter the following values.

   Forecast Type ID	Description	Set As Budget	Version ID Prefix	Version ID Start Value	Periodic Review
   GEN	General Forecast	Unselected	GEN	00001	Selected
   BGT	Budget	Selected	BGT	00001	Unselected

3. Save the records.
