Defining Project Categories—Exercises

Main Exercise

Purpose: The purpose of this lesson is how to define the project categories which can be used to classify and group projects.

Windows:
Project Basic/Project Category 1
Project Basic/Project Category 2

Project Categories

1. Open the Project Basic window and select either the Project Category 1 or Project Category 2 tab..
2. Create a new record.
3. Enter a name for the category and an appropriate description.
4. Change the identity of the company if required. Note that a record is created to the default company.
5. Save the your changes.
