Defining Default Project Roles—Exercises

Main Exercise

Purpose: The purpose of this exercise is to create the project roles that can be used by projects in your company.
These project roles can later be connected to specific projects and you can assign persons to these roles in the projects. Project roles defined here can also be included in purchase authorization routings.

Prerequisites: Your Company has been created.

Project Basic/Default Project Role

Defining Default Project Roles

  1. Open the Project Basic window.
  2. Select the Default Project Role tab and New (F5)
  3. Create the following project roles in your company:
