1. Enter supplier XX1001.
2. Save your changes.

Purpose: The purpose of this lesson is to set up the basic data required for supplier agreements.

Procurement Basic Data
Supplier

Agreement Group

1. Enter a supplier agreement group. Use your initials.
2. Save your changes.

Agreement Status

1. Verify that you can purchase against only agreements whose status is Active.

Supplier Assortment

1. Enter a supplier assortment called XXTR1.
2. Save your changes.

Date Used for Retrieving Price

1. Query for Supplier XX1001.
2. Click the Purchase tab and then the Misc Supplier Info.
3. Under Price Retrieval Info, verify that the value in the Price Effective Date field is Order Date.
