Defining Sign Off Requirements for Maintenance Order—Exercises
Main Exercise
Purpose: The purpose of this lesson is to learn how to enter
sign off requirements for a maintenance order that does not have any defined sign
off requirements.
Windows:
Maintenance Order
- Open the Maintenance Order window and query (F3) for the necessary
maintenance order. You can also create a new maintenance order by using the
steps in the above exercise.
- Click the Sign Off Req. tab.
- If predefined sign off requirements have not been connected to the product
model defined on the maintenance order, enter the requirements manually. To
do this, create a new record (F5).
- Specify the Release to Service distribution type.
- Enter a license if required.
- Save the information (F12).
- Now create another record and enter a second sign off requirement with the
Counter Release to Service requirement type and a license if required.
- Save the information (F12).
