Course Description for Discrete Manufacturing

This course provides information on using the discrete manufacturing functionality in IFS/Shop Order. This course includes the following topics:

Prerequisites

The estimated time to complete this course is 43 hours and 30 minutes. Before taking the lessons in this course, you should have basic knowledge about inventory, manufacturing standards, and how to work and navigate in IFS Applications.

 

The estimated time to complete the Basic course is 13 hours. The prerequisite courses are Maintain Inventory Basic and Manufacturing Standards Basic.

 

The estimated time to complete the Intermediate course is 34 hours and 30 minutes. The prerequisite courses are Manufacturing Standards Intermediate and Maintain Inventory Intermediate.

 

The estimated time to complete the Advanced course is 21 hours. The prerequisite courses are Manufacturing Standards Intermediate, Maintain Inventory Intermediate, Define CTO Basics Intermediate, Master Scheduling Intermediate, and the MRP chapter of the Make to Stock Planning Intermediate course.
