Course Description for Component MRO

This course aims to provide knowledge regarding how to work with component repair functionality in IFS Applications.

You will become familiar with the terms related to component repair order (CRO) functionality and find out how to set up required data. You can then enter component repair order lines, which can be processed in either a Manufacturing or Maintenance environment. For customer requested services you will become familiar with how to receive parts to repair and to create a customer order to return the parts as well as handle invoicing of the requested service types.
