General exercise for creating
basic data for medical examinations.
Main Exercise
Purpose: The purpose of this lesson is to register
details of a medical examination done for an employee.
Windows:
Medical Examination
- Open the Medical Examination window and create a new record.
- In the Employee ID field enter the ID of the employee. E.g. 1004 (
Alexander Danielson).
- Enter the planned date and time of the examination in the Planned Date
and Planned Time fields.
- In the Examination Group Name field enter Annual Medical Examination.
Select the value from the list.
- In the Medial Centre field, specify a medical centre name. Select a
value from the list.
- The three medical tests defined for the medical examination group will
be listed by default.
- If you want to and other medical tests from another examination group, create a new record in the table of the window. In the
Examination Test field, enter the examination test. Select values
from the list.
- Enter the date of examination in the Examination Date field.
- Enter the name of physician in the relevant field.
- In the Medical Result field, specify the result. Select value
using the list.
- Save the information.
