Company Locations

Health and safety processes which involve performing routine checks on standards, such as safety inspections, risk assessments and fire safety administration are location specific. Therefore, locations in your company are defined in detail in the Location Basic Data window.

Defining Safety Actions

Safety actions are defined in the Safety Action Basic Data window. These actions can be used when you assign actions for risk assessments, incident reporting as well as fire inspections. Therefore, you will define separate actions which are relevant to each process. Also, the company may need a general, standardized set of actions which must be used for each of the processes. E.g. Action to ensure that stipulated procedures have been followed.
