Main Exercise

Purpose: The purpose of this lesson is to show how safety actions can be predefined in the system.

Windows:
Safety Action Basic Data

Define Safety Actions

1. Open the Safety Action Basic Data/Safety Action tab and create a new record.
2. Enter a value for the safety action in the Safety Action field.
3. In the Person ID field, specify the person assigned for the action.
4. Save the information.

Define Safety Action Templates

1. Open the Safety Action Basic Data/Safety Action Template tab and create a new record.
2. In the Safety Action Template field enter the name of the template.
3. Save the information.
4. Create a new record in the table and enter a value in the Safety Action field.
5. Save the information.

Define Safety Action Types

1. Open the Safety Action Basic Data/Safety Action tab.
2. Create a new record and enter a value in the Action Type field.
3. Save the information.
