Course Description for Human Resources Planning

This course covers the functionality of IFS/Human Resources Planning, showing you how to define the competencies within an organization, define the job descriptions and specifications, how to develop action plans to fulfill the organizations requirements, and finally how to perform an aggregate gap analysis. 

Course Length

The estimated time to complete the total course is 5 hours and 45 minutes, including the basic data and requirements (BDR) lesson.

 

The estimated time to complete the Basic course is 45 minutes.

The estimated time to complete the Intermediate course is 5 hours and 45 minutes (this includes the Basic Data and Requirements (BDR) lesson).

Target Audience

This course is designed primarily for Strategic HR Assistants.
