Basic Data Setup
Audit Formats
Purpose: The purpose of this exercise is to show you how
to define audit formats per country. You can define different formats such as
date, time, decimal separators and thousand separators..etc per country.
Windows:
Audit Formats
- Open the Audit Formats window.
- View the information.
- Make the necessary changes.
- Save
Main Exercise
Purpose: The purpose of this exercise is
to show you how to create an audit file.
Create an Audit File based on a Audit Source View
Windows:
Audit File Assistant
- Enter the company for which the audit file should be created.
- Select a country using the List of Values in order to enter the correct
audit format.
- Select an audit source using the List of Values.
- Enter the required date range in order to create the audit source.
Note: The Date From and Date Until
fields will be enabled only, if the Selection Date check box is
selected in the Audit Source Column
window.
- Click Finish to create the audit file.
Create an Audit File based on a Audit Source Report
Windows:
Audit File Assistant
- Enter the company for which the audit file should be created.
- Select a country using the List of Values in order to enter the correct
audit format.
- Select an audit source using the List of Values.
- Click Finish.
- Enter the information needed in the Order Report dialog.
- Click OK to create the audit File.
