Structure. Make sure that each user is the supervisor
of several employees.
You should also point out that all entered basic data need to start with the participant's initials.

When demonstrating the Counseling Plan window, login as Alain Prost (ALAIN). Alain has example information defined in the database.
When you demonstrating the Employee Self Assessment window, login as Andy Jefferson (ANJE). Andy has example information defined in the database.
Note: If you teach how to confirm the counseling plan in the Employee Development Program window, it is necessary to login as ANJE when doing the confirm action (ALAIN is superior).
