Course Description for Employee Development

This course covers the functionality of IFS/Employee Development, showing you how to plan and prepare a counseling session; record the outcome of that session; and define career and succession plans. You will also learn where to find the web functionality within Employee Development.

Course Length

The estimated time to complete the total course is 7,5 hours, including the basic data and requirements (BDR) lessons.

 

The estimated time to complete the Basic course is 1,5 hours.

The estimated time to complete the Intermediate course is 7,5 hours (this includes the Basic Data and Requirements (BDR) lesson).

Target Audience

This course is designed primarily for Supervisors, Recruitment Officers and Employees working in an HR department.
