Change Request Levels

Purpose: The purpose of this exercise is to register valid error levels for a Change Request (CR). Valid CR levels are used to group CR's. The CR code should indicate the seriousness of the change request.

Purpose: The purpose of this exercise is to indicate where the request came from and what department.

Change Order Action Causes

Purpose: The purpose of this exercise is to define types of actions that may be referred to when registering causes for an CO. It is used in the Change Order window, in the Actions tab.
