Priorities—Exercises

IMPORTANT
It is extremely important that you set up and work within your own site to maintain your data integrity. If you work within any other site, you will compromise your own exercise data as well as the data of other students. Predictable exercise results require that your data be isolated in your own site.

Main Exercise

Purpose: The purpose of this lesson is to enter the priorities to be used when working with support issues.

Windows:
Support Center Basic Data /Priorities

Entering Priority

  1. Open the Support Center Basic Data/Priorities window.
  2. Populate the window to view the predefined priorities.
  3. Create a priority for minor issues. Enter XX-Minor as the priority ID, where XX stands for your initials.
  4. Enter a brief explanation of the priority.
  5. Make this your default priority.
  6. Save the changes.
