Enter Summary Application Values
Explanation
This activity is used to enter summarized application values. According to
the sub contract agreement, the supplier may send the sub contractor an
application (for payment) that only has a summary of the work done, as the sub
contractor may only be interested in registering the summarized application
amounts in the valuation. These summarized values are not distributed to the
valuation line items.

Prerequisites
- The valuation must be in the Planned status.
- The Item Level Certificate check box must not be selected.
System Effects
- Application values are entered on the valuation.
- The
Certificate
Summary tab is updated with application values in
the
Total Valuation tab.

Procedure
- Open
Sub Contract Valuation
window.
- Query (F3) for the valuation for which application data is to be
entered.
- In the Application No field, enter a valid application number.
- Click the
General tab.
- Enter valid values in the Application Date and Application
Received Date fields.
- Click the
Total Valuation tab.
- Enter valid values in the Work Value Applied For and Stored
Material Applied For fields for the different tax codes.
- Save the information (F12).
