This activity is used to evaluate whether the sub contract is executed, i.e. all call-offs are executed and valuated against the sub contract and all retentions are released so the sub contract can be completed.
Performing this activity does not mean valuing the work done so far, as this aspect is processed in the Sub Contract Valuation/Item Valuation tab.
Sub Contract Management is not intended to support the execution of the sub contract. Other components like IFS/Project or IFS/Purchase Order may be used to do the actual execution of the agreed upon sub contract.
