A Return Note is a document which could be sent to the customer as a confirmation of what has been agreed. The customer should be encouraged to attach a copy of the return note when the parts are returned.
Print a return note by using Print RMA in the operations menu. The check box Printed in the RMA header will get selected once the return note has been printed.
Credit charges are not printed in the return note.
The RMA and at least one RMA line must be in Released status.
The check box in the RMA header will be checked.
