Reject Service Quotation

Explanation

This activity is used to reject an entire service quotation. If necessary, a rejection note can be entered while rejecting the quotation.

Prerequisites

To perform this activity, the quotation must be in the Released status.

Procedure

  1. Open the Service Quotation window and query for the service quotation.
  2. Right-click, point to Status and click Reject. The Reject Service Quotation dialog box is opened.
  3. Optionally, change the value in the Rejection Reason ID field. Use the List of Values to select a suitable value.
  4. Optionally, enter a note in the Rejection Note field.
  5. Click OK.
