Print Acknowledgement Letter

Explanation

This activity is used to print an acknowledgement letter. The order acknowledgement letter contains a list of the accepted work and space for signatures of the vendor.

Prerequisites

To perform this activity, the quotation must be in Accepted status.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, an acknowledgement letter is printed.

1. Open the Service Quotation window and query for the service quotation.
2. Right-click, and click Print Order Acknowledgement Letter.
3. Select the required settings and click OK.
