Modify Content on Quotation

Explanation

This activity is used to add or remove maintenance orders or maintenance tasks and update the quotation based on changes in the content of service types already connected to the quotation, add additional service types to an existing quotation and remove service types that are already connected to the quotation. The total cost of the quotation should be calculated after the modifications are made.

Prerequisites

The quotation must be in the Under Preparation status.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, the service quotation scope is modified.

Procedure

Open the Service Quotation window.

• To connect to a maintenance order/task, right-click and click Connect Service to Service Quotation and connect the order/task.
• To disconnect a maintenance order, click the Maintenance Orders tab, select the row and click Disconnect.
• To modify the content of a maintenance order, click the Maintenance Orders tab, select the row, click Maintenance Order, modify the order and save the record.
