Explanation
This activity is used to enter a document text on a quotation line.
Prerequisites
To perform this activity, the total costs must be calculated for the service
quotation.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, a document text is saved for the quotation
line.

Procedure
- Open the Service Quotation window and query for the
service quotation.
- Click the Quotation Totals tab, select a row, right-click
and then click Document Texts. The Document Texts for Service
Quotation dialog box is opened.
- Click New and then click List to select values for the
Output Type and Document Text/Phrase Text fields.
- Click Save and Close.
