Create New Quotation Revision

Explanation

This activity is used to create a new revision for the quotation. A new revision can be created when you need to update the work scope of a service quotation that has already been released. A new quotation revision cannot be created from a service quotation that has been accepted or rejected (even partially).

Prerequisites

To perform this activity the service quotation must be in the Released status.

System Effects

• A new revision of the service quotation is created.
• The new revision will be created in the Under Preparation status.

Procedure

1. Open the Service Quotation window and query for the service quotation.
2. Right-click and click Create New Revision. The Create New Revision dialog box is opened.
3. Modify the information if necessary and click OK.
