View Quotation Line History

Explanation

The quotation line history functionality of the Sales Quotation shows all changes made to the quotation line. The Quotation Line History window shows who did what, when and in which revision. Important changes generate detailed lines that show the attribute that was changed as well as its old and new values. You cannot change any information or values in this window.

Prerequisites

• A quotation line must have been entered and saved on a sales quotation.

Procedure

1. Display the quotation that you want to view via the Populate or Query function.
2. Select the Sales Quotation/Quotation Lines tab.
3. Right-click the quotation line in question and choose Quotation Line History... in the menu that appears. The Quotation Line History window will be displayed.
