View Quotation History

Explanation

The history functionality of the Sales Quotation shows all changes made to the quotation. The Sales Quotation/Quotation History tab window shows who did what, when and in which revision. Important changes generate detailed lines that show the attribute that was changed as well as its old and new values. You cannot change any information or values in this tab.

Prerequisites

• An sales quotation header must have been entered and saved.

Procedure

1. Display the quotation that you want to view via the Populate or Query function.
2. Select the Sales Quotation/Quotation History tab.
