Allow Part Ownership Transfer

Explanation

Use this activity to indicate that a customer allows part ownership transfers for their customer-owned parts in your inventory.

System Effects

It will be possible to transfer part ownership for customer-owned stock. You can transfer the ownership to customer-owned stock for a different customer or to company-owned stock, i.e., a "receipt in place".

Procedure

1. Open the Customer window.
2. Query for the required customer.
3. Click the Order tab, and then click the General sub-tab.
4. In the Customer Owned Stock group box, select the Allow Part Ownership Transfer check box.
5. Save the record.
