Audit Trail Settings
Usage
Use this dialog box to define audit trail settings for
a sub contract revision. With this feature it is possible to both enable and
disable the audit trailing of sub contract revision changes.
- If audit trail is enabled, all changes are
tracked and logged in the system. For more information, refer to activity
Log
Sub Contract Line Item Change.
- Requirement of a variation order and comment can
be defined. This feature facilitates control of changes to a sub contract
revision. When variation order and variation comment features are enabled,
you need to enter a variation number/comment in order to save your change(s).
