Start Approval Process

Explanation

This activity is used to start the approval process for a risk analysis ID.

Prerequisites

• Approval steps must be defined for the risk analysis ID.
• The risk analysis must have the Status Analyzed.

System Effects

The Status Approval in Progress is assigned to the risk analysis.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to start the approval process:

1. Open the Risk Analysis Navigator or Risk Analysis Details window and query (F3) for the risk analysis in mind.
2. Right click, click Status and then click Start Approval. The Status of the risk analysis will change to Approval in Progress.
