Define Risk Evaluation Areas

Explanation

This activity is used to create risk evaluation areas. A risk evaluation are lets you assess risk areas additional to Time and Cost.

A risk evaluation area record encompasses the risk evaluation ID and the risk evaluation area, which is a description to be assigned to the particular ID.

Once a risk evaluation area has been defined here it becomes available within a List of Values.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to create a risk evaluation area:

1. Open the Risk Basic Data window, and select the Risk Evaluation Areas tab.
2. Click New (F5) to create a new record.
3. In the Risk Evaluation Area ID field, enter a number that you want to assign as the ID for the particular record.
4. In the Risk Evaluation Area field, enter a description for the risk evaluation area you want to add.
5. Click Save.
