Define Requisition Recruitment Errands

Explanation

This activity is used to define a recruitment errand (e.g., write advertisement, handle applications), which will be used to verify a personnel requisition.

Procedure

  1. Open the Personnel Requisition window.
  2. Search or populate to find a relevant personnel requisition.
  3. On the Recruitment Errands tab, add a new record.
  4. In the Standard Recruitment Errand field, select a recruitment errand that has to be performed, e.g., Handling Applications, Selection, Matching, Publishing Advertisements.
  5. In the Planned Due Date field, enter the date on which errand should be performed.
  6. Select the Performed Internally check box, if the errand is to be performed internally.
    Note: If the check box is selected, you will be able to specify the person who will perform the errand.
  7. In the To be Performed By field, enter the ID of a person who will be responsible for the errand.
    Note: If the Performed Internally check box is cleared, you will be unable to select a person.
  8. In the Actual Date field, you can enter the date on which the errand was actually performed.
  9. In the Performed By field, you can enter a person who actually performed the task.
  10. If you have any remarks about the selection step, enter them in the Remark field.
  11. Save the changes.
