Job Opportunity Information
Usage
Use this window to display a job opportunity
advertisement. An advertisement is created based on the
Approved Personnel Requisition function, which is used to attract job applicants to send
the application letters. The incoming application letters might not specify to which Job Opportunity they are
responding. Hence, it will not be used as the control for the next recruitment
processes. It can be used to measure job opportunity effectiveness and cost. The
information on Latest Date to Apply can also be used as a time indicator to
decline "late" application letters and to start the selection process.

item(s) on this page.
Available functions in action list:
- See position description - This action will open the Position Description
page based on the specified position in the Personnel Requisition. This action
list is available only if the specified job opportunity is based on position.
- See position specification - This action will open Position
Specification page based on the specified position in the Personnel
Requisition. This action list is available only if the specified job opportunity
is based on position.
- See profile specification - This action will open Profile Specification
page based on the specified Personnel Requisition. This action list is available
only if the specified job opportunity is based on profile.
- Compare my qualification against position - This action
will compare the logged-on employee qualification against the specified position.
This action list is available only if the specified job opportunity is based
on position.
- Compare my qualification against profile - This action
will compare the logged-on employee qualification against the specified profile.
This action list is available only if the specified job opportunity is based
on profile.
- Apply this job opportunity - This action will open a window
where you can confirm to apply the specified job opportunity.
